Introductions!

Week One of Production

Hello, and welcome to the beginning of the chronicles of my capstone film project, Daybreak!

My name is Laurel, and I'll be your guide on this adventure (for my part in this project, at least!). My roles here are as the character rigger, tool developer, animator, and concept artist. ...And whatever else might be needed in the future.

As of now, our team is still working hard to get the story as great as it can be. We've had meetings, pizza, brainstorming sessions, and long, long hours of concept development.

The original concept is a play on anime tropes: girl fights monster, is epic, and maybe learns a few things in the process. It'll be interesting to see what changes and what stays the same!
